Complete Instrumentation Solutions Private Limited (CISPL) was incorporated in year 2011 with its corporate offices in Gurgaon, India and now has presence in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata and Lucknow. It is private limited company managed and run by IIT alumni professionals. Our Technical Director, Mr. Neeraj Chadha, holds M.Tech (Applied Geophysics) from IIT, Roorkee and has around 38 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation. During these 34 years, he has served various capacities and has been responsible for introducing several innovative technologies in India in various domains. Some of these domains and technologies are:

Earthquake Research – Broad Band Seismometers as per GSN standards (1996), Remote Reference Magneto Tellurics (RRMT 1998) and Superconducting Gravimeters (20060); Geodynamic Studies – Borehole Strain meters (2007); Geophysical Exploration- Borehole Radar for mineral exploration (1989), Digital Instantaneous Floating-Point technology in exploration seismographs (1992), MT and Controlled Source MT (CSAMT) for Oil Exploration (1993), Marine Magneto Tellurics (2005) for offshore exploration, Ocean Bottom Seismometers (2007) for gas hydrate studies; Pavement Testing – Setting up of first testing lab as per SHRP in 2001, Accelerated Load Testing Facility (2009); Materials Testing – Accelerated Stress Rupture Testing Machine with six loading units in single frame (2014), Polyaxial Testing System for Rocks (2014), Advanced testing system for simulation and testing of gas hydrates (2020) in the field of materials testing; Structural Testing – Parallel Seismic and Ultra Seismic for NDT of bridges (2007), Automated bridge load rating system (2008), Fully automated Bridge Health Monitoring System (2010).

He has recently introduced cutting-edge technologies across the fields of pavement engineering, mining, critical mineral exploration and geological mapping. Within pavement engineering, he introduced the Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD) in 2025 for continuous structural evaluations of pavement at normal traffic speeds, followed by Noise-Modulated Ground Penetrating Radar (NM-GPR) in 2026, which is widely considered the market’s fastest 3D GPR technology. Additionally, for critical minerals and rare earth elements, he introduced Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) in 2025 to advance elemental analysis across metallurgy, mineral exploration, and the broader mining industries. Recently in 2026, high performance, multi-resolution micro computed tomography (micro-CT) system engineered specifically for advanced non-destructive 3D and 4D geological imaging was introduced by him.

To support local talent and entrepreneurship under Make in India initiative, he has been instrumental in developing Vehicle Mounted Intelligent Falling Weight Deflectometer and Mobile Bridge Inspection Units in India and is presently working with some more technologies under this initiative.
